I bought these back in March (2011) and have been very pleased with them. Last night perfect example, pouring down rain and when I got home my pants were dry. Heavy rain, light rain, mist, they work great. Do not put them on with your shoes on, the coating on the inside does not slide across your shoes. I have a 36" inseam and the "Long" is perfect, but I have skinny legs. If you are tall and stalky the long wont work, get the XXL.
