If you're not happy, we're not happy! At BikerOrNot, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better.

Read our simple Returns Policy below, follow the steps to create a return request, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues.

All Returns
- Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.
- Must have all tags still attached.
- Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping, unless we made a mistake with the item (see below).

If You Want a Refund
- The package must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Once we receive the return, a full refund will be issued and should appear on your statement within 7 business days.

If You Want an Exchange/Store Credit
- The package must be received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size.
- If we do not have an exchange in stock, we offer either refund or store credit.

Exceptions
If the item was a gift, we will extend the policy an additional 10 days for your convenience.

If We've Made a Mistake
Hey, we're not perfect. If we’ve sent you the wrong or damaged item, BikerOrNot will pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Create a Return Request Before Returning an Item:
1.) Log into your account. 
2.) Click "Completed Orders".
3.) Click "Return Item(s)" by the order you want to return.
4.) Select which item(s) you want to return, the return reason, a return action, and any comments if necessary.
5.) We will notify you once we've received the return request.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
